COVID 19 Distance Learning
The Curriculum you will find in the Google link above is uniform across the district. Below is additional resources I have put together with a sample daily schedule if you would like to follow a routine but again, this was designed purely to assist families at this time. Everything below is optional. Click on the buttons and picture to take you to resources. A few of our favorite videos are included in each section. Please message me if you need assistance. I will continue to send video messages daily on Dojo. I miss you all and am wishing your families well.

Tip: Make a dry erase surface by putting a blank paper in one of the clear plastic inserts in your homework folder and save on paper for practice such as handwriting, problem solving, and sight word practice.

Handwriting/ Phonics/ Spelling
Create your own handwriting printable by clicking the button and choose the dashed lines. Print out a page of alphabet letters or customize to reinforce teaching important information like phone numbers, addresses, days, months, or colors.
**Print and reuse by putting in a plastic sheet protector and using marker.
Consider dictating short sentences for your child to practice sounding out words or choose from some spelling/sight words activities below.

The scholastic program is a fantastic complete day by day reading quest. The fluency drills are similar the popcorn words. The reading A-Z program has been available all year but message me if you forgot your password.

Opinion writing: What do you like better? for example: cake or pie, pizza or burgers, Chuck E Cheese or Sky Zone...

Count objects and split into two groups. What are the two parts, what is the total, Make a face family.
Come up with a story problem and draw it.
Sing/ dance along to some favorite math songs from calendar
Print out your own timed fact fluency. **I would recommend choosing ALL numbers 1-10 for a mixed review and customize the bottom number. Remember to count on! Put the greater number in your brain and count on.
